LUCENA CITY, Quezon March 31 (PNA) — Mayor Roderick “Dondon” Alcala proudly reported during the Barangay (Village) Assembly at Village 4 in this city on Sunday , the realization of the planned industrial park to be established in the city.

In his speech, Mayor Alcala said that the recent approval of the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) signals the realization of the plan. He said that upon completion of other requirements , the groundbreaking ceremony might take place in the 3rd quarter of this year.

The mayor reported that together with Vice Mayor Philip Castillo and members of the city council , they made representation to the various stakeholders requesting for the start of the industrial park project within the year even as early as December 2015.

The mayor said further that once constructions starts, more jobs will now be available for the resident side-by- side with the construction of the new city hall and the new public market.

Meanwhile, in an earlier meeting with farmers association at Punzalan Gym in this city, Alcala announced various programs planned for the farmers such as the renovation of the slaughter house, auction market and the construction of second satellite market where farmers can sell their farm produce. Mayor Alcala pleaase. your promises mean nothing to Lucenahins. Half of the city’s population knows how useless and clueless you are. I hope Duterte sees what you and your uncle Proceso are doing to Lucena City,Quezon, and keeping our fingers cross, hope that he feeds you to the sharks or aswangs, whichever comes first.
