MANILA, (PNA) — A bag, with undetermined contents, thrown up a passenger bus roof caused heavy traffic in EDSA F.B Harrison in Pasay City, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.
In its Twitter account, the MMDA said both directions of F.B. Harrison was on “full stop” due to the suspected bomb threat in the area as it advised motorists to take alternate routes.
Pasay City Police’s District Tactical Operations Center said the incident was along EDSA-Harrison.
Police said bomb experts have responded to check whether the bag contained explosives. Investigation is continuing.
