LONDON, (PNA/Itar-Tass) -– Occupy Wall Street activists, who proclaimed they would fight against financial injustice, are working on creating their own international bank.
The Times noted in an editorial that “Two years after they camped in Zuccotti Park and marched against bankers and capitalism, members of the Occupy Wall Street movement are starting a bank.”
“The Occupy Money Cooperative aims to raise US$ 900,000, and will then start issuing debit cards, perfect for the anti-capitalist who wants to raise a fist against the filthy rich while still being able to shop with plastic.”
The Occupy bank card will be using Visa, a system which belongs to one of largest American financial companies.
