My near PAG-IBIGless Valentine Experience

Muntik na maunsyame ang Valentine ko!Noong nakaraang Feb. 13-15, 2008, may Housing Fair ang DepED na pinangunahan ng mga housing agencies katulad ng Pag-Ibig Fund, HLURB, HUDCC at iba pang private real estate developers. Bago pa man ang housing fair na ito, me mga balak na talaga ang gobyerno na iba ang housing interest rate at i-stimulate ang consumer spending sa Pilipinas para maiwasan natin ang epekto ng US recession sa ating economiya.

Sa mga nabasa ko sa dyaryo, ang housing fair ay isa ring paraan, para ma-i-dispose ang mga non-performing assests ng mga bangko. Malaki kung problema, me seminar kami ng Feb. 12=13 sa Marikina Hotel??

“Pano kaya yun?” tanong ko sa sarili. Habol na lang ako, me Feb. 14 at 15 pa naman.

February 14

Ka-date ko mga consultans sa DepED. Araguy! Na-extend ang workshop kaya tinapos namin ang mga outputs dito na din sa office.

Ang date namin ni PAG-IBIG Fund? Hindi na natuloy.

February 15

Maaga akong gumising, by hook or by crook, kelangan ko makita si PAG-IBIG. Pagdating ko sa office ng 8AM daan ako sa Bulwagan. Haaaay!!!! Wala pa sila.

Buti na lang andun ang mga taga-BSP, may mga foreclosed properties din pala silang binebenta. Kumuha ako ng list ng properties nila, pagkakita ko ung mga lote na binebenta, nanlaki ang mata ko! Sobrang affordable! Ang laki ng lote at ang lapit-lapit lang dahil ang location sa may boundary ng Antipolo at Marikina.

“Kelangan ko makita at makausap ang account manager ng mga ito”, paalala ko sa sarili. Konting pahabol, nakalimutan ko pa lang i-kwento, I had a great valentine! Pero pang secret diary ko na yun. Hehehehe.
