PHNOM PENH, (PNA/Xinhua) — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen will lead a high delegation to attend the 23rd ASEAN Summit and related summits to be held on Oct. 9-10 in Brunei, according to a news statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday.
The premier will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Hor Namhong, Commerce Minister Sun Chanthol, Finance Minister Aun Porn Moniroth, Education Minister Hang Chuon Naron, and other members of the Cambodian government, the statement said.
On the sidelines of the summits, Hun Sen will hold talks with Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott, New Zealand Prime Minister John Key, and Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, it said.
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
