MANILA, (PNA) — A Philippine Airlines Express flight Cagayan de Oro to Manila was forced to divert to Clark International Airport on Tuesday afternoon due to congested air traffic at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
According to the NAIA flight information service, PAL Express flight 2P-966 ran low on fuel as it was waiting on air to land at NAIA Terminal 3.
It was supposed to touch down at 4:40 pm.
Also, four PAL Express flights did not push through due to sunset limitation.
These are flights 2P-061/062 Manila-Caticlan-Manila, and 2P-033/034 also having the Manila-Caticlan-Manila routes.
