TEHRAN, (PNA/IRNA) — The Islamic Republic of Iran has exported over 31.5 million tons of non-oil goods, worth US$ 12.1 billion, in the first five months of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21).
The figure is marking a 14-percent rise in weight and a six-percent decline in value compared to the corresponding period last year.
Meanwhile, Iran imported US$ 16.3 billion worth of goods weighing 11.19 million tons in the period, showing a 26-percent decline in weight and a 30-percent fall in value.
