Senior Superintendent Francisco Esguerra, CIDG 1 regional chief, identified the suspect as Jose Galdonez, resident of Barangay Calungbuyan, Balaoan, La Union who was nabbed in Barangay Natividad, Naguilian town at around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.
