BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, (PNA/Xinhua) –Brunei’s APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) has presented its report to the government, pushing for trade liberalization and sustainable economic development.
The report stresses on prioritizing its activities in the areas of regional economic integration; sustainable development; small, medium and micro-enterprises (SMMEs); infrastructure development; finance and economics; and action plan and advocacy, according to a press statement released by ABAC on Thursday.
The ABAC report is submitted for consideration and discussion during the upcoming Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders Summit in Bali, Indonesia next month.
In line with its theme “partnership Resilience and Building Bridges to Growth”, the report carries forward the collective views and recommendations on specific business sector priorities from business sector priorities to the APEC Economic Leaders, the statement added.
