MANILA, (PNA) — Cebu Pacific Air on Tuesday said it is waiving penalties on rebooking and is offering full refund to passengers affected by the ongoing conflict in Zamboanga City.
In an advisory, Cebu Pacific said affected passengers due to flight cancellations “may rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure with no penalties, or opt for full travel fund or full refund.”
It said affected passengers may call (02) 702-08-88 or (032) 230-88-88 for their preferred options.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has extended on Tuesday the suspension of commercial flights to and from Zamboanga City as a precautionary measure in relation to the Zamboanga City siege.
The affected Cebu Pacific flights for Tuesday include 5J 859/860 Manila-Zamboanga-Manila, 5J 851/852 Manila-Zamboanga-Manila, 5J 839/840 Zamboanga-Tawi-Tawi–Zamboanga, 5J 203/204 Cebu-Cagayan de Oro-Cebu, and 5J 845/844 Cagayan de Oro–Zamboanga-Cagayan de Oro.
Flights 5J 433/434 Cebu-Zamboanga-Cebu, 5J 857/858 Manila-Zamboanga-Manila, 5J 393/394 Davao-Zamboanga-Davao, and 5J 855/856 Manila-Zamboanga-Manila.
