Zsa Zsa Padilla gives an upbeat interview

Posted on August 17, 2007

PNS — Ganadong makipagtsikahan at makipagbiruan with the entertainment press si Zsa Zsa Padilla during the Belo Essentials press launch.

“Of course not! Wala akong sinabing ganun,” paglilinaw ni Zsa Zsa.

“‘Sabagay, may care ako dahil kasali roon si Dingdong. Okay, fine! Pero wala akong sinabing ganun. You’re putting words into my mouth!” patili pero natatawang sabi ng Divine Diva.

“Well, that’s part and parcel of being in showbiz. You can’t help that. You know, I love her [Karylle] to death and I want to protect her. Pero sabi ko lang sa kanya, ‘You have to show people you’re made of stronger stuff!’

“Mahirap, e.

“As far as I know, they’re okay and they’re happy together,” sagot ni Zsa Zsa. “When someone asked me if I think ‘yun na ang start na maghihiwalay na sila, ang sabi ko, ‘You can’t say. It’s a relationship, anything can happen.’

“But since they already have a business, ‘yung Centerstage [bagong bukas na KTV bar sa Centro building in Tomas Morato corner Timog Avenue, Q.C.] and all that, I think it’s proof enough that they’re a step ahead. Kumbaga, they’re making plans. They’re wisely investing their money and doing business together now should make their relationship stronger.

“Ang in-advice ko kay Kaye, aside from using Belo Essentials para maging happy siya at lalo siyang kuminis…talagang ipasok natin, di ba? Hahaha! I just told her na she has to prove to people that she can’t just be pushed around. Not to be defensive in any way dahil pangit din ‘yon. Kumbaga, easy ka lang. Just be cool,” sabi ng actress-singer.

Ang ibig ba niyang sabihin, Karylle is being pushed around?

“I think she’s being challenged,” sabi niya. “I think any relationship can be challenged at nasa sa ‘yo na ‘yan how you will handle it. You know, Kaye is a very intelligent girl and a lot of people don’t even realize that she already graduated from college years ago.

“She looks very young, e. She’s really bright and she has a good head on her shoulders. Kaya I take offense when I hear some people comment, ‘Pag naghiwalay sila, maraming magkakakagusto kaagad kay Dingdong.’

“Sabi ko, ‘Bakit sa anak ko? Excuse me, huh!

“But you know, I love Dong, ha? They shouldn’t get me wrong,” paglilinaw ni Zsa Zsa.

“I think that sense of being in business and everything and about securing their future, this is also influenced by Dong because I know that he’s into a lot of business at nakikisosyo siya [Karylle].”

FABULOUS AT 43. Samantala, swak na swak kay Ms. Zsa Zsa ang katagang ‘fabulous at forty’ dahil kapansin-pansing extra beautiful and sexy siya ngayong 43 years old na siya.

“I’m 43. I’m sorry, I cannot lie. Ayaw ni Lord! Idinamay si Lord? Hahaha! I’m 43 and lovin’ it!” proud na pag-amin niya.

“Sex life ko? Oo!
