MANILA, Nov. 24 (PNA) — Avida Land, a subsidiary of property giant Ayala Land, Inc., expects over Php7 billion in sales from two-tower condominium project, Avida Towers Turf BGC, its eighth project in Bonifacio Global City.
It rolled out the project’s Php3.4-billion first tower last month and construction has not commenced.
Herbert Herrero, Avida Senior Division Manager–Project and Strategic Management Group and South Luzon Area Head, said the first tower already booked Php400 million in sales in three weeks.

The Avida Towers Turf BGC will be 36-storey high with six podium parking levels and 30 residential floors.
Both towers will each offer 537 units ranging from 37 square meters to 58 sqm in size. Selling prices are between Php5.2 to Php10 million.
Tower 1 will begin turnover by March 2020, while the second tower by 2021.
Avida currently has eight developments in the district with a total value of Php32 billion –six are residential while two are office projects. (PNA)
