PNS — PEOPLE who used to belittle sexy star Angelica Jones are eating their hearts out. She is now a board member of the province of Laguna and heard she is doing well.
During the premiere showing of the docu film, “Buhos,” Angelica surprisingly came to show her support to Senator Loren Legarda’s climate change endeavor held five days ago at SM Cinema 3 at the Mall of Asia.
Angelica said she is leaving the country as an ambassador of goodwill to Brunei with her ever present mother Beth Jones in tow. The Sultan of Brunei considers her an adopted daughter of Brunei. When she comes back, she is planning to produce an indie film similar to India’s Slumdog Millionaire.
Meanwhile, Buhos is vividly presented in a simplified manner so that even ordinary people would understand it. Cannes best director, Brilliante Mendoza and Senator Legarda who produced and narrated the docu-film announced that they want to bring the message to more people by showing it in all SM theaters nationwide, schools, even public parks.
