MANILA, Nov 12 (PNA) — Global flexible workspace provider Regus Philippines is targeting to reach a portfolio of 5,000 workstations by year-end.
”We should be getting very close to 5,000 by the end of December,” Regus Philippines country manager Lars Wittig said in a press briefing Thursday.
He added 140 workstations will be added by the end of the year.
This includes its soon-to-be opened platinum and lead building Regus Clark (Center 007), which is its first project in Clark, Pampanga.
The manager stressed the project had the highest cost among its past projects.
Wittig noted an American property developer approached Regus to lease the land in Clark, as there were a lot of workspace inquiries for the area.
Aside from its center in Clark, Regus Philippines also has 20 centers in Metro Manila and two in Cebu.
Wittig added the London listed firm is also seeking other areas around the country for development.
The manager also confirmed the company has set a workstation target for next year, but refused to give details.
He pointed out Regus caters to all types of businesses from travel agencies to IT firms. (PNA)
