Pokwang defend Zanjoe

PNS — Halatang-halatang may bumabagabag kay Mariel Rodriguez sa prescon ng Cinco.

Parang pilit ang mga ngiti niya sa press people na kaharap niya.

Mukhang may tensyon nga ang namamayani sa Dolphy Theater dahil ilang sil-ya lang ay nakaupo ang ex-BF niyang si Zanjoe Marudo katabi si Pokwang na magkasama sa episode na “Puso.”

Habang napag-uusapan ang kissing scene na nangyari kina Zanjoe at Pokwang sa episode nila, parang wala naririnig si Mariel.

Super-dedma lang talaga siya at ni hindi niya tini-tingnan ang kanyang ex.

Nang may nangumusta na sa kanya na isang reporter, game naman siyang su-magot.

“When a door closes, a window opens. Naniniwala ako sa kasabihang ito. Ngayon, maraming work na pumapasok. Like this movie and a new sitcom with Robin Padilla.

“Kung hindi man ako pinalad sa isang aspeto ng buhay ko at least bawing-bawi naman ako sa career ko ngayon,” malaman na sabi ni Mariel.

Bago pa nag-start ang presscon, binawalan na ang press people na magtanong ng tungkol sa personal na buhay ng mga bidang artista ng movie pertaining especially sa naganap na hiwalayan blues nina Mariel at Zanjoe kamakailan lang.

Kaya hindi makatanong nang diretso ang mga pob-reng reporters tungkol sa isyu.

Idinaan na lang ng isang veteran movie scribe sa isang hyphothetical question si Mariel.

Sakali man may nanloko sa kanya, sa palagay ba niya ay makakarma ang taong ýun na nanloko sa kanya?

Lalong tumaas ang tensyon sa loob ng Dolphy Theater at mukhang pati si Pokwang ay na-tense dahil bigla siyang sumabat ng: “Wala namang nanloko kay Mariel!”

Obviously in defense of Zanjoe.

Mukhang hindi naman nagustuhan ni Mariel ang unsolicited comment ni Pokwang kaya agad niyang sinabihan si Pokwang ng “Mariel ba ang pangalan mo? I believe the question is for me!” na ikinaloka ng lahat.

“You don’t wish naman people bad things kahit na nasaktan ka nila. At least ganoon ako, hindi ako nagwi-wish nang masama kahit kanino. Pero naniniwala ako sa law of karma talaga,” diretsong paha-yag pa ni Mariel.

Open ba siya sa kanyang lovelife ngayon o mas gusto niyang mag-concentrate muna sa kanyang work para makalimot?

“Yes, I’m open to any possibilities right now. Walang dahilan para magmukmok ako sa isang tabi. I’m very happy right now. Marami namang taong nagmamahal sa akin!” say pa ni Mariel.
