PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Aug. 17 (PNA) — A teenager, who is Coron’s “No. 1 Most Wanted” for rape, was nabbed in Barangay Poblacion 1 in an operation staged by police authorities.
Coron Municipal Police Office (MPO) Chief Inspector Emilio Parangue said Ervin Vincua is an out-of-school-youth (OSY), who has long been wanted by the police for rape by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Angelo Arizala of Branch 52 of the Palawan Regional Trial Court (RTC) on July 16, 2015.
A resident of Barangay San Nicholas, Coron, Vincua went into hiding after “Gina,” not her real name, filed a complaint against him for sexually assaulting her.
No bail was recommended by the RTC for Vincua’s temporary freedom. (PNA)
