MANILA, Aug. 11 (PNA) — Value hotel Red Planet Hotel has announced that it will be opening its newest location in the Philippines on Wednesday in Makati.
Red Planet Amorsolo located in 99 Urban Ave., Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City will be the newest addition to the nine other Red Planet Hotel branches in the country.
It will also be the second branch to open in Makati — the first one is located in Ayala Ave.
Expected to attend the launch Red Planet Hotel Amorsolo are Red Planet CEO Tim Hansing and Department of Tourism (DOT) Assistant Secretary Art Boncato.
Other Red Planet Hotel locations are Angeles City in Pampanga, Aseana City, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Ermita in Manila, Makati, Ortigas, and Quezon City.
Aside from the Philippines, Red Planet Hotels are also being operated in Indonesia, Japan, and Thailand.
To recall, Red Planet Hotel was previously the franchise partner of Tune Hotels until it decided to rebrand all 24 Tune Hotels under its operator, Red Planet Inc. last month.
Hansing in a statement said that the company has established that the new brand has established that it will give its customers “more of what they want, and less of what they don’t” based on survey results.
The rebranding also allowed the company to significantly upgrade Wi-Fi speeds in all properties to be among the fastest in the hotel industry.
Red Planet Hotels has welcomed nearly four million guests since it opened its first hotel in Okinawa, Japan in 2011. (PNA)
