CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela, Aug. 9 (PNA) — Police operatives on Saturday have arrested the alleged second top-ranked drug dealer in Isabela in an operation in Bliss Village here and nabbed two other reported drug peddlers in Echague and Delfin Albano towns, police said.

Police Senior Supt. Manuel Bringas, Isabela police plans and operations chief, identified those arrested as Jay Dugay, a 43-year-old reported second-top drug dealer who yielded three sachets of shabu, a mobile phone and assorted drug items in Ilagan City, and Henry Agcaoili, 41, of Busilelao in Echague town who yielded three sachets of shabu, P500 marked bill, a motorcycle, P1,020 cash, mobile phone and assorted items.

Another suspect, Joal Laddran, 30, of Ragan Sur in Delfin Albano yielded a shabu sachet, motorcycle, P500 marked money and assorted paraphernalia while selling the shabu to a poseur-buyer in San Antonio village.

Dugay’s arrest came after Judge Rodolfo Dizon of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 18 issued a search warrant to the Ilagan police while Agcaoili and Laddran were caught in buy-bust operations.

A violation of anti-drug law (RA 9165) has been lodged against Dugay, Agcaoili and Laddran.(PNA)
