Dagupan dad: No doubt PNoy performs well during his administration

Posted on July 27, 2015

DAGUPAN CITY, July 27 (PNA)–There is no doubt that President Benigno Aquino III performed well during his administration but whether these gains will be sustained by the next administration remains to be seen as he did not made it clear on whom he will endorse as his successor.

This was the reaction of Dagupan City Councilor Jeslito Seen, who listened to the State of the Nation Adderess (SONA) of President Aquino at CSI the City Mall on live broadcast from Channel 32 of ABS-CBN.

But Seen believed that the President was close to identifying Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas as his candidate in the coming election in next year’s election when he hailed the work of Roxas so that his program :”Matuwid na Daan (Straight Path) would succeed.

“From all indications, Secretary Roxas is the President’s candidate as he praised Roxas’ accomplishments, along with the other department heads, including all those working so that his administration would succeed but until the end of his SONA, he kept his cards closed to his chest.

Alright, he virtually stopped graft and corruption and propelled the economy to greater heights for the country to earn the respect of the international community but it is a puzzle whether this will be continued by the next administration.

That is why, Seen said, the next President of the Philippines should be as committed as President Aquino in bringing the country to righteous path. (PNA)
