MANILA, July 26 (PNA) — A magnitude 4.1 earthquake struck in the province of Bohol on Sunday evening, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Philvocs).
In its bulletin, Phivolcs said the tremor occurred at 5:15 a.m. with the epicenter traced at 24 kilometers northwest of Tagbilaran City in Bohol.
The agency said the quake, which was tectonic in origin, had a shallow depth of eight kilometers.
Phivolcs said there was no casualty or damage reported from the temblor and no aftershocks were expected from it. (PNA)
