NAIA asks for feedback on airport services

Posted on July 20, 2015

MANILA, July 20 (PNA) — The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has created a survey for passengers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals to provide their input on the services being provided.

The survey (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1E6H4HqRbVSv0JAZveBqKgiShXySakQlHwXsVxgAldDM/viewform?c=0&w=1) can be accessed by passengers through Google Forms.

“Your experience at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is highly valuable to us,” MIAA said. “Providing us with the details of this experience will help us serve you better on your next visit.”

In the survey form, residents are asked to specify which NAIA Terminal and Area — Arrival or Departure they are providing a review for.

The survey also asked questions such as “Did you find our airport staff courteous and friendly?” “Did our airport processes and procedures meet your expectations?” and “Did our facility/equipment meet your standards?”

They were also asked to specify which department the staff, processes, facility/equipment they were providing input for.

Passengers taking the survey were also requested to comment or provide suggestions, praises, and complaints if there were any.

The survey is a part of the government’s efforts to improve services currently being offered at the NAIA Terminals.

DOTC Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya earlier expressed satisfaction with the development of the airport, saying that it is “much better” than before.

Repairs at the airport began last January 2014 but there were delays caused by a number of technical problems that continue to be addressed. (PNA)
