MANILA, July 16 (PNA) — The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) urged persons with disabilities (PWDs) to take advantage in the satellite registration which will be held in different SM Malls in the country.
“There will be simultaneous (COMELEC) registration on SM Malls. With these we can find out how many PWDs will be voters,” said NCDA acting executive director Carmen Zubiaga.
Registration will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday (July 17). Priority will be given to PWDs and elderly.
PWDs of Quezon City Districts 1, 2, 4 and 6 may register at SM North EDSA.
PWDs of Districts 1,2,3 and 4 of Manila may register at SM City San Lazaro.
SM City Manila will be registering PWDs in District 5 of Manila.
PWDs in the lone district of Muntinlupa City may register at SM Center Muntinlupa.
Registration will take place in SM Aura Premier among PWDs in the lone city of Taguig.
PWDs of Districts 1 and 2 of Marikina, Las Pinas, and Paranaque may register at SM City Marikina, SM Center Las Pinas, and SM City Sucat, respectively.
PWDs in the lone district of Baguio may register in SM City Baguio.
Those in Bacolod City may proceed to SM City Bacolod.
PWDs of Districts 1 and 2 of Cebu City may register in SM Cebu City. (PNA)
