Robinsons Land Corp. to develop 22-hectare residential project in Bacolod City

Posted on July 13, 2015

BACOLOD CITY, July 13 (PNA) — Within the year, Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), through its horizontal developer Robinsons Homes, will hold the groundbreaking for its 22.45-hectare residential project in Barangay Estefania here.

Cora Ang Ley, business unit general manager of Robinsons Homes, led the brand launching and blessing of Robinson Homes office at the Robinsons Place Bacolod over the weekend.

She said the subdivision project is the fourth of the RLC’s developments in the city, following the mall, Robinsons Cybergate, and Go Hotel.

“Plant anything in the fertile fields of Bacolod and expect it to grow into a lush and thriving industry due to the hard work and enterprising spirit of its people,” Ley said.

The Robinsons Homes development in Bacolod, a joint venture with the Alunan family, is its 33rd residential subdivision in the country.

“The existing projects are home to over 25,000 families in 11 key urban cities nationwide,” she said, adding that “Robinsons fulfills its commitment to Negrenses of not just building houses but homes with a promise of good life.”

Moreover, Ley said the residential subdivision project to groundbreak within the year is Brighton’s mid-cost development with a house layout of up to 180 square meters with three bedrooms, and has a density of only 35 households per hectare.

In terms of amenities, the project will include facilities designed for sport and leisure such as swimming pools, activity courts, parks, play areas and multipurpose clubhouses.

“Bacolod is the epitome of living the good life,” Ley said as she expressed gratitude to Negrenses for their continuous support and patronage to the company’s products and services. (PNA)
