MANILA, July 4 (PNA) — Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific cancelled on Saturday six flights due to monsoon rains brought by tropical storm Egay (Linfa).
”Please be advised that several Cebu Pacific flights have been cancelled today (July 4) due to monsoon rains brought by tropical storm Egay,” the airline said in an advisory.
Two of these flights were between Manila and Busuanga including 5J 529 (Manila-Busuanga), and 5J 530 (Busuanga-Manila).
Also cancelled were flights between Manila and Tuguegarao namely 5J 504 (Manila-Tuguegarao), 5J 505 (Tuguegarao-Manila), 5J 506 (Manila-Tuguegarao), and 5J 507 (Tuguegarao-Manila).
Cebu Pacific meanwhile said that it has already arranged additional flights to re-accommodate the affected passengers.
Passengers who are unable to fly via the soonest available flights may either rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date; or opt for full refund or travel fund without additional charges, the airline said.
