E:MPOWER YOUR ENTERPRISE

In these trying times in our economy, entrepreneurs need more than the basic management skills to handle their business and make them prosper or succeed. What more, they need to empower themselves with the right attitude to be more effective.

That is why the 16th Kapihang Entrepinoy, a business forum for would-be, micro and small entrepreneurs has a theme, E:MPOWER “ENTREPRENEURSHIP: MASTERING A POSITIVE AND WINNING CHARACTER. This will be held on August 20, 2009 from 8am to 6pm at the Convenarium of Crossroad77, Mother Ignacia Avenue, corner Scout Reyes Street, Quezon City.

16th Kapihang Entrepinoy is a whole-day activity, with a power-house cast of the country’s top inspirational speakers, likewise successful as entrepreneurs, that will pack in every possible facet of the entrepreneurs life today in the midst of crisis. They have as guest speakers Mrs. Socorro Ramos of National Bookstore, Mr. Les Reyes of Reyes Haircutters, Mr. Jojo Asis of Metropole Laundry & Dry Cleaners, Inc.

There will also be a trade fair featuring the various industries of the Ka-EntreP members and some non-member micro entrepreneurs. Trainings and free consultation will also be offered by some of the Ka-EntreP members and various institutions in their area of specialization, plus a musical presentation shall also be presented by celebrity entrepreneurs.

16th Kapihang Entrepinoy is a joint effort of Center for Small Entrepreneurs and Ka-entrep organization for micro and small entrepreneurs of the Philippines (Quezon City Council).
