MANILA, Feb 5 (PNA) — Vivant-Malogo Hydropower Inc. (VMHI) has signed the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contract for the 6-megawatt (MW) Malogo Hydroelectric Power Plant, according to a disclosure with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) Thursday.
”On Feb. 2, 2015, Vivant-Malogo Hydropower Inc. signed the Contract for EPCC of the 6 MW Malogo Hydroelectric Power Plant with Oscar Sarmiento Construction Inc.,” Vivant said.
The company noted the run-of-river power plant will be built in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Vivant Energy Corp, which is a fully-owned subsidiary of Vivant Corp., owns 67 percent of VMHI.
Vivant Corp’s investments are mostly located in the Visayas region.
Vivant Corp. has primary holdings in VIGC, Cebu Private Power Corp. (CPPC), Delta P Inc (DPI), Cebu Energy Development Corp. (CEDC), Abovant Holdings Inc, Amlan Hydro Power Inc, Vivant-Sta.
