MANILA, Feb. 2 (PNA) — Century Properties Group, Inc. on Monday said it has pre-sold 94 percent of the total inventory of its ultra-luxury condominium development Trump Tower located in Makati, two years ahead of the project’s completion.
Trump Tower has over 250 units with a total sales value of Php6.13 billion, making this one of the most expensive and successful projects in the history of the country.
“We are overwhelmed by the response from the market to the Trump Brand and are grateful, as this now affords the city one of the most luxurious buildings in the world, comparable to the city centers of New York, Hong Kong and Singapore,” said Century Properties chairman and chief executive officer Jose E.B. Antonio.
The project’s success is comparable to the tremendous record sales of other Trump developments worldwide, such as Trump International Hotel & Tower, Waikiki, Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, Trump International Hotel, Las Vegas and many others.

A first in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, Trump Tower is rising at Century City, the integrated center of premium residences, office, retail and commercial high rises in the financial district of Makati City.
Structural activities has reached the 27th floor as of early January 2015.
The 56-floor tower is slated for completion in 2016. (PNA)
