MANILA, Jan. 8 (PNA) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has forecast cloudy skies and rains all over the country on Friday.
In PAGASA’s 5:00 p.m. Weather Bulletin, it said the country will experience rains which range from isolated to moderate.
For Visayas, the weather bureau said it will have light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, brought by cloudy skies.
Light rains and cloudy skies are also expected for the Northern regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Aurora and Quezon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon are forecast to have isolated rains, along with partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies.
PAGASA said Luzon will continue to be affected by the Northeast Monsoon.
On the other hand, Mindanao was forecast to have isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, PAGASA advises the public to refrain from heading out to sea, with a gale warning advisory on the Luzon and Visayas seaboards.
”Strong to gale force wind is expected to affect the seaboards of Luzon and Visayas,” the weather agency said. (PNA)
