ILOILO CITY, Jan. 6 (PNA) — Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) will be provided with the necessary support that will aid them in developing their awarded lots.
This was pointed out by Harriet Loot of the Land Tenure Improvement (LTI) Division of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)-Iloilo as the agency announced its readiness to implement the writ of installation of 348 ARBs in the municipality of Sara on Wednesday.
Loot said that a separate division of DAR handles the program that will extend support services to the beneficiaries.
Meantime, Wednesday’s installation will cover some 336.8412 hectares of the Sanson Estate with 45 collective certificates of land ownership awards (CCLOAs) in Alibayog, Labigan, Bagaygay, Batitao, Apologista and San Luis villages.
Four survey teams have been tasked to do the survey of the area to generate individual CLOAs.
Each ARB will have a share of not more than three hectares that is payable for a period of 30 years with an interest of six percent annually. (PNA)
