MANILA, Oct. 30 (PNA) — Listed Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation expects to raise Php527 million in fresh funding for its countryside projects as the country prepares for next year’s ASEAN economic integration.
In a disclosure, Premiere Horizon said the proceeds from the completion of the sale of its gaming assets, together with the planned fund raising, will be used to fund projects aimed to boost countryside development.
These projects use new technologies and best practices focused in the fields of food security, natural resources development, shelter and communities and tourism development.
“…Where there are gaps, there are opportunities. The company will help address these unfilled requirements through profitable, recurring, replicable and scalable businesses,” the company said.
Premiere Horizon said this will facilitate in the development and competitiveness of the country in preparation for ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) integration by 2015. (PNA)
