MYSTICA AND HER ELUSIVE DREAMS IN LAS VEGAS

Posted on May 11, 2009

“Her name alone create mystic impressions, this girl they call Mystica”

Born Ruby Rose to a poor family in the Philippines, singing around the house as a little girl was her entertainment and her parent’s joy. At an early age she was given advice by her father, which was “learn one song, and learn it well”. She did that, and the song was “The Impossible Dream”. Little did her father know RubyRose took that advice quite literally…not only to sing it, but to live it. With that advice, “Mystica” emerged and turned that one song into a mega singing, songwriting, dancing and acting career that catapulted her to stardom and made her a household name in her homeland, as well as across the Far East. Being known as the “Rock Diva of the Philippines”, she has recorded seven music CD’s and starred in eight full length movies, one which earned her the nomination for best actress. Also to her credit she was an endorser of many beauty products and has been a co-host on a national television program.

Mystica retired from the career in the Philippines recently, and while looking for rest and relation she traveled to one of the most fascinating places in the world, Las Vegas. Without intent, but driven by an intensity she could never shake, she has began performing in America. Mystica is drop-dead beautiful, but make no mistake, her beauty and charisma is a side attraction to her musical performance, which is nothing less than high energy rock and roll, from the ‘50’s “Lonely Teardrops”, to the ‘90’s, “I Don’t want to Miss a Thing”.

“Mystica and her Elusive Dreams” are being billed as “Sultry Classic Rock”, and after hearing her sweltering husky lows and brilliant highs, you’ll agree, its classic rock at its best.
