Ai-Ai invades Japan on TFC’s 15th year

Posted on February 17, 2009

No less than the Philippines’ Box Office Queen and Comedy Diva, Ai-Ai delas Alas, is set to take center stage at the Sun Pearl Arakawa on March 7 to celebrate TFC’s 15th anniversary.

Entitled 2D Next Level, this much-anticipated afternoon party promises to tickle the funny bones of Japan-based fans that see Ai-Ai regularly on TFC, her home station across the globe.

Ai-Ai, who recently shook the Metro Manila Film Festival with her raucous laughter in her top-grossing film Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat, will be joined by two of the Philippines’ most sought after celebrity bachelors, actor Sam Milby and crooner Richard Poon. The two will provide the audience with a sweet serenade that will touch their hearts even after the Valentine fever has gone down.

Presented by ABS-CBN Japan and KDDI, this live entertainment kick-off for 2009 is their way of expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support of their loyal Pinoy followers, as well as of their Japanese friends and families.

Attendees of 2D Next Level, will also have the chance to meet ABS-CBN Japan’s first ever Bayaning Filipino Awardee, who will be announced and introduced during the event. The awardee was chosen from several nominations submitted since the search started in September last year.

ABS-CBN Japan and KDDI invite everyone to be part of this earth-shattering event as they take comedy and musical entertainment 2D Next Level. Gates open at 3pm. Show starts at 4pm.
