ANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal, June 9 (PNA) — Small and medium enterprises in the province will get a big boost as Trade and Tourism Fair takes part as one of the highlights of activities during the celebration of the 113th Founding Anniversary of Rizal.
More than 50 SMEs all over the province will showcase their original products such as foot wears, accessories, bags, handicrafts, dairy products, fruits and vegetables and food produce from June 6-15.
The affair is seen to enliven the month-long celebrations of the province and hopes to attract more foreign and local tourists as the merchandizes being sold are all quality and pocket-friendly.
Aside from the SMEs, all local government units (LGUs) will also showcase their places, products and services as part of the tourism drive dubbed as “Pasyal sa Rizal, Sining, Kultura at Turismo.”
In a statement, Gov. Nini Ynares underscores the economic value of SMEs in the welfare of the province. She reiterated that the provincial government is doing its best to put forward efforts in helping and strengthening the SMEs.
“I would like to invite all aficionados of trade fairs to visit and try our products. I assure them that they’ll have their money’s worth,” Gov. Ynares added. (PNA)
