Goodyear Autocare committed to serve Palawan motorists

PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Mar. 21 (PNA) -– Goodyear Philippines opened Friday its brand new Goodyear Autocare F&E Puerto Princesa outlet in Palawan, the first full-service tire and automotive store on the island province.

Located at Robinsons Place, the new store highlights the tire company’s commitment to local communities by expanding its Goodyear Autocare retail network with local dealers to better serve consumers across the country.

Led by local owner and operator lawyer Ed Aguillon, an industry veteran with 35 years in the tire and automotive servicing industry, Goodyear Autocare F&E Puerto Princesa now offers local residents a “one stop shop” for all their tire, wheel, battery, brake and auto servicing needs.

Recognizing the local community’s need for reliable and accessible automotive services, Aguillon is focused on delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction to residents of Palawan.

“We look forward to providing unrivalled value, professionalism, customer experience and localized services to all in the city areas, as well as the communities in neighboring towns, including Aborlan, Narra, Espanola, Roxas, and others,” said Aguillon.

He added that recognizing that high quality services are extremely important to customers in the maintenance of their vehicles, patrons of their autocare shop will be served by a team of experts, using latest equipment in auto servicing.

In celebrating their opening, the autocare shop will be offering free battery testing, and brake and safety inspections until the end of March to residents of the city.

Goodyear managing director to the Philippines, Ron Castro, said the background behind the autocare concept “is about value of hard work and the importance of good customer service, and the need to provide this to customers nationwide.”

“Our top priority is customer satisfaction that comes from providing a top-notch, relevant and friendly service to the local community,” Castro added.
