MANILA, Nov. 14 (PNA) — At least four flights between Manila and Tacloban resumed Thursday to accommodate passengers moving out of the current difficult situation in Tacloban City.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said it has considered reopening Tacloban Airport to bigger aircraft since many residents want to get out of the city which was devastated by super typhoon “Yolanda” last November 8.

These are CEB flights 5J-659-D which is scheduled to depart for Tacloban City at 2:00 p.m., and flight 5J-660-D expected to arrive Manila at 5:30 pm.
For PALex, they are flight 2P-971 set to leave for Tacloban City at 1:00 pm, and flight 2P-972 set to arrive Manila at 5:10 pm.
CAAP said there are daily flights Cebu-Tacloban-Cebu but are limited to turbo prop airplanes. The Manila-Tacloban-Manila flights will make use of the Airbus 320 aircraft.(PNA)
