Inno-Tech Show 2008 will be held in Seoul

SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 18 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/–

— The largest event for small and medium business in Korea
— 500 small and medium business in sectors such as biotechnology,
electronics, information technology and more will exhibit
products at Inno-Tech Show 2008
— October 23 – 26, 2008, COEX, Seoul, KOREA

A fair featuring innovative technologies developed by Korean small and medium business will be held in Seoul.Taking place from October the 23rd thru the 26th, Inno-Tech 2008 will be sponsored by the Small and Medium Business Administration and organized by the Innobiz Association. It will be held at the COEX Pacific Hall in Samseong-dong, Seoul.

Under the theme “Value Creator Innobiz”, Inno-Tech Show 2008 is the largest exhibition in Korea that is held specifically for small and medium business.

Korean small and medium business that possesses innovative technologies will participate in this event as exhibitors, and many innovative products made by foreign firms will be featured at Inno-Tech Show 2008.

About 500 firms in sectors including electronics, information technology, machinery, textiles, biotechnology, foods, construction, green technology, chemicals, and metals will participate in the exhibition.

During the exhibition, there will be awards with the Presidential and Prime Ministerial Award for product excellence and participants will be able to view the award-winning products.

In addition, a “Purchasing Consultation” area will be made available during the exhibition for exhibitors to meet buyers in face-to-face business talks. Translating and interpreting services will be also provided upon request.

On the second day of the exhibition, the “Overseas Technology Transfer Seminar”, “Overseas Investment Seminar”, “Korea-Mexico Business Forum”, and “Introduction to Research Grants for Joint International Academia Corporate” research will be held to enhance exchange among Korean small and medium business and overseas companies and research centers.

A representative of the organization committee says, “You’ll be able to see outstanding technologies developed by Korean small and medium business all in one place” while adding that “Every year, buyers from overseas and Korea praise the quality and organization of the exhibition and we’ll work hard to attract more foreign participants in this year to create a truly international event for next year.”
