NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), a data, cloud and international communications leader within the NTT (NYSE: NTT) Group, announced on October 25 that it will launch the NTT Communications Business Portal, a free online portal site for corporate users, on October 31, 2013. With the new NTT Communications Business Portal, just one unified login will enable easy access to information about multiple services from NTT Com. A user-friendly, customizable dashboard will present information about the status of orders, service operation and resolution of any service problem. For example, the portal can be used to monitor network traffic, number of virtual machines, firewall status, trouble tickets and planned maintenance. Information can be displayed in Japanese or English.

The new NTT Communications Business Portal provides management for seamless global cloud, network and voice services including Arcstar Universal One, Enterprise Cloud, WideAngle Managed Security Services, Desktop Pro Enterprise, Arcstar UCaaS and Arcstar SIP Trunking. The portal will be accessible via the Internet from anywhere in the world on a 24/7 basis. Matrix authentication will assure protection of these highly secure environments. Corporate clients will benefit from the time savings enabled by this self service environment for managing their systems.

Looking ahead, NTT Com plans to link all seamless global services to the NTT Communications Business Portal, beginning with its Cloud (n) public cloud, collocation services by next March. Future enhancements will include billing information, real-time changes in services and configurations and issuance of troubleshooting orders.
