MOSCOW, (PNA/RIA Novosti) — Deputy Secretary of State William Burns will arrive in Moscow on Sunday on a two-day visit, the U.S. Department of State said on Friday.
“He will meet with senior Russian officials to discuss a wide range of global and bilateral issues, including security cooperation and the commitment to deepening the bilateral trade and investment relationship,” the department said without giving further details of the visit.
Burns worked as the U.S. Ambassador in Moscow in 2005-2008.
