TAYABAS CITY, Quezon (PNA) -– Public elementary schools in Quezon province are set to begin the Nutrijuice Feeding Program Season 4 as 820 more Nutrijuice packs were delivered in Tayabas City, this week.
The delivered nutri-packs are part of the 1,719 pieces to be distributed to 17 public schools in the cities and municipalities.
Tayabas East and West District Nurse Ma. Frances De Ocampo and District Property custodian Arturo Abragon facilitated the delivery receipts of the nutrient-packed drinks to sustain the Quezon Provincial Government’s Feeding Program.
A total of 600,000 Nutrijuice packs will be distributed to selected schools through the public-private partnership undertaking between Coca Cola Bottlers Phils and the Provincial Government of Quezon.
The feeding program targets more than 5,000 public elementary school students in the province.
These public school children shall undergo the 120-day special feeding program designed to alleviate iron deficiency and fight malnutrition.
