DAVAO CITY, (PNA) – The Davao Light and Power Company’s ASKDLPC BILL text broadcast will not be available to customers inquiring through Sun Cellular number 09229993572 on October 16, from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 a.m.
The broadcast said service will not be able to cater to customer queries on electric bills during the schedule time due to the maintenance activity on its server to be conducted by the telecom company in order provide for a more improved service to all clients.
Officials assured that the ASKDLPC BILL service will be available as soon as the maintenance activity will be completed.
The electric distribution utility apologizes to those who will be affected by the temporary shut down of the text messaging service.
